I have purchased a new PC....I figured out where the .pst files for outlook were stored, but much to my surprise all the distribution lists I had developed did not make the move. Where are distribution lists stored and how can I move them from my old PC to my new one.

I have O2003 (all patches). I normally save my emails with my contacts. Not sure when it started, but when I move an email (drag and drop) within a contact or between contacts, and then try to save, I now get an error "Not Found" with an OK button. It seems I cannot move ...

I am tring to import my contacts (dBase) into a custom Contact Form, but every time I import and define feilds it put them into the standard Outlook Contact Form. Is their anyone who knows how to get around this? Thanks for your time and help. Mark

I finally am able to import contacts, make catagories etc!! However, when I tried to import my contacts list ~ one of the headers - email - did not import. I made sure it was labeled/named correctly ~ mapped correctly, etc., also tried to import just that header ~ All that shows ...

When we flag a contact it does not give us notification of when due. However, when we flag an email in our inbox, we do get notification when it is due to follow-up. Please help!

Since "Display As" currently lists: First Name, Last Name, Email address, when I send out letters to multiple people, they can see (and use) the other addresses shown. It should ONLY display: First Name, Last Name

I have a Folder View for which I would like to count the items or lines that were selected by my Filter. For example, I have a Folder containg Contact records. My View filters out just those Contacts from the "Members" Categogy and my Report displays the "Members" names.

A client with Office Outlook 2003 contains a Contact list (.pst) of about 1,000 entries.. This client is now joined to a WS2003SBS premium domain - and we want to add that contact list to the Global Address List on the server..

When I try to publish a custom form I have created in Outlook 2003, I get the following error message: "Unable to successfully publish the form due to a MAPI error. The object could not be found." Any ideas or resolutions?
