I have created a custom contact template
(http://www.princetonnazarene.org/CustomContactTemplate.htm) and can't figure
out how to add a "Categories" box beside each birthday and have it relate to
that  family member.

Previous versions of Outlook provided info on membership in a distribution
list for each contact.   I have 800 - 1000 contacts and approx 20
distribution lists.  Some of these lists contain 200 contacts, or more.  
Managing this is impossible with the current version of Outlook ...

If I look at my contacts in the contacts folder they are all there.
When I am composing an email and click the To: field, there are no
contacts there. Empty. Blank.  Any suggestions?  Thanks in advance.

I have created a number of sub-folders under Contracts.  They appear now
apparently in the order in which I created them, for example:
Football
Hockey

I have updated to 2003.  Now my find & advance find function no longer works;
however, my sort function works perfectly.  My PST file is huge so I need the
find function working properly.  It seems like the find feature is looking in
