Previous versions of Outlook provided info on membership in a distribution list for each contact. I have 800 - 1000 contacts and approx 20 distribution lists. Some of these lists contain 200 contacts, or more. Managing this is impossible with the current version of Outlook ...

how do I stop names from appearing when typing a few letters of a name into Outlook (2002)? I am selling my PC to a friend and do not want to format the HardDrive,but I want to respect the privacy of my contacts

If I look at my contacts in the contacts folder they are all there. When I am composing an email and click the To: field, there are no contacts there. Empty. Blank. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance. April

I have updated to 2003. Now my find & advance find function no longer works; however, my sort function works perfectly. My PST file is huge so I need the find function working properly. It seems like the find feature is looking in the wrong place. Any suggestions.
