All of my contacts in Outlook disappeared. Everything was fine yesterday. Have Windows XP. I just manually typed updated contacts 2 days ago. Anyone have any thoughts?

We have a public folder in outlook that I have set a moderator for! Everytime someone adds a contact our receptionist gets an email but when people modify she does not. Is there anyway to make it so that she gets an email on changes to existing contacts?

I use Outlook Live. I set up a distribution list in my address book, typing in each name and email address using the "add new member" button. I use the "update now" button, and F9 to update the list.

How do I overide outlook 2003 so that it does not archive or keep every email I send someone? When I go to a contact and click on the ACTIVITIES Tab I do not want to see anything listed. This seems like a waste of diskspace since I often send people movie clips etc.

Outlook 2003: Clicking 'To:' presents the 'Select' list of contacts. I keep the contact's fax phone numbers for reference. I don't want them to show up on the 'Select' when I'm selecting addresses for an e-mail. Is there a way to turn them off?

Quite often in my daily use of Outlook XP, I find myself adding an additional contact with an organization. Does anyone know of an add-in or feature release that will create a new contact at the same company, automatically populating all fields except name and title?
