We have several employees who have a large amount of contacts in Outlook (1,000 or so) that had various "file as" settings. We have followed instructions on changing the "file as" globally (through Tools / Email Accounts / Change Directory, etc.). This worked for some, however ...

I have recently installed Microsoft Outlook 2003 and used to run the older version where I had all the addresses of my contacts. How do I get them to show up on the Outlook 2003. All that is showing right now are the email addresses.

I am using outlook 2003, and I have imported my contacts from another hard drive(that was in outlook express). Now, I can see the contacts in outlook 2003, but when I create a new message and click on the to button, then I cannot see the contacts

I have a .pst with only one folder, of type Contacts, named "Contactos". I opened it in office 2003, and now I am not seeing that folder. Only folders availables are - Deleted Items

When I enter new contacts, and the contact window opens after name entry, the name appears as follows: Mr. Herman John. Why is the last name appearing where the first name should be? Is there a glitch in my system?
