When viewing my contacts in a list such as by-ctegory, some of the address card icons have tiny clocks on them. Why is that and where can I find a list of descriptions for icons?

Tried to import 90 contacts from Excel and didn't highlight just the ones I needed but clicked on the column to name them. Ended up with over 300,000 blank contacts which has now frozen Outlook. Of course I didn't back it up before importing because that would have been too ...

I installed Outlook 2003 on a new computer and copied my 2000 pst file over. I used this as a guide: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/assistance/HA010771141033.aspx Outlook opens and I see my email and contacts. Except that I see 5 instances

Open a contact and have a button that when checked, plots the contacts location on a MS streets & trips map. I'd export the Contacts primary phone number too. ----------------

Is there a way to rename the Global Address List? So that when users open up the address list in Outlook see something like "XYZ Company Address LIst" and not get confused by "Global" list? Thanks

System: Running Outlook from Office XP on Windows 2000. When I go to a new email message and click the "To" to bring up the address book, there are several duplicates of the same contact listed. These do not occur in the regular contacts folder.

completed forms from our webiste are emailed to us and are not "from" anybody, so there is no "from" email. Is there any easy/quick way to add email addresses to your contacts from the body of a message using outlook 2003?? Thanks!

All of a sudden, when entering contact names, the first and last are reversed in the end product. ie I enter John Doe and show Doe John in my Contact list (no commas). Re-entries have no effect; delete and start over, likewise.

On Exchange server I have Public Folder that has folder that contains contacts. Is it posible to make that folder with contacts avaible off line? If yes, how? If now, then how can I have group folder with contacts that is avaible off line?
