I am running outlook 2003 on an XP Pro workstation connected to a Windows
Server 2003 Small Business Edition with Exchange 200? (I think its 2002?)
When creating a new e-mail and selecting [TO] I get the default
"Global address list" in the "Show names from the:" window.

outlook 2002.  when sending an email, sometimes i don't want that email
address added to my contacts (address book).  is there a way that when
clicking SEND that it would ask if i wanted to add that email address to my
contacts?  Sometimes i respond to general emails and do not ...

I have some large distribution lists - I'd now like to create individual
contact 'cards' for each of these people - is there a fast way to do it
without having to cut and paste each one individually?

Is there a way either in outlook itself or on exchanger server to print the
members of a group list. I can export the entire list of contacts for the
company to a word file but I want to just print or export the members of just
the group lists???

I want to add an "others contacts" pane between my contacts and other view.  
Any suggestions?

I have more than one email account set up in Outlook 2003.  When I try to
import my contacts list into the new outlook email account, it asks me
(browse) for the location of the file.  Where is this file, I've looked under
outlook in program files, and can't find it anywhere.

I think I have accidentally added some addresses to my Junk Email list in
Outlook.  I chose Actions>Junk Email>Add to Junk Senders list while an
address was highlighted in my preview pane.  When I tried to find the Junk

I want to create a distribution list for clients that will show "Clients" in
the "TO" field and not show individual email addresses.  How can i do this?

I am importing contact information from Excel.  All other data comes through
find into the import, but the 2 zip code fields are not recognized.  Why not?

Hi - For some strange reason I cannot seem to connect Notes to Contacts.  If
I open up the info screen for a given contact, then click on the activity tab
(show all or show notes) and nothing is there.  So I click on File/New/Note
and create a note.  It still doesn't show up ...

Until 2 days ago, when I started to compose a new e-mail message and went to
the "To" field, as soon as I started typing a name it would give me addresses
of people that I often e-mail to, even if they were not in my address book.

I would like to edit the country/region list so I would have the
countries and states I use, instead of only the politicaly correct
version, How can you edit the list of countries it shows you.

I 've started using BCM and looking for an option to add a contact from
an email (like the regular "add to Outlook contacts" option) to the
Business Contacts folder instead of the regular default  Contacts
folder.
