I have Outlook 2000 SP3. I want to print labels by categories. Can you do this with a filter view, if so, how do you filter the view and then do you export to excel and merge into word?

I accidentally deleted a group of contact folders from Outlook (a folder and its subfolders). To restore I did as directed by Help function. It brought the parent folder and subfolders back into the Folders List, but it only brought the parent folder back into the Contacts view ...

Im using outlook 2003. I want to print out all contacts in one certain category. I keep running into "outlook cant search by category".That is hard to believe. Why else would we need to use categories? Does anyone know?

I am sharing outlook 2003 contacts of another user and have "owner" permissions. When I try sending a new email to one distribution list of these contacts, I can.(by right clicking on the dist list and "new message".

I'm using Outlook 2003 with an Exchange 2003 server (no .pst file) and have about 20 contacts subfolders. Whenever I setup Outlook on a new computer I have to manually do properties on each contacts subfolder and check the box for "Show this folder as an e-mail address book"
