I would like to edit the country/region list so I would have the
countries and states I use, instead of only the politicaly correct
version, How can you edit the list of countries it shows you.

I 've started using BCM and looking for an option to add a contact from
an email (like the regular "add to Outlook contacts" option) to the
Business Contacts folder instead of the regular default  Contacts

this with a filter view, if so, how do you filter the view and then do you
export to excel and merge into word?

Using Outlook 2003.  I used to be able to add a new contact from the email

I accidentally deleted a group of contact folders from Outlook (a folder and
its subfolders). To restore I did as directed by Help function. It brought
the parent folder and subfolders back into the Folders List, but it only
brought the parent folder back into the Contacts view ...

I am sharing outlook 2003 contacts of another user and have "owner"
permissions.
When I try sending a new email to one distribution list of these contacts, I
can.(by right clicking on the dist list and "new message".

We have lots of users of outlook all of which have their own contacts stored
in their contact list.  However other users also need these contac details.  
I t is very time consuming to search though every users contacts to find the
