When I open a new E-Mail, and click on the To, Cc, or Bcc, accounts list comes up (which has nothing stored there) instead of my Contact. Only one of my computers is doing this.

I cannot send more than about 25 members on a distribution list. I get a return message "Some or all of your memebers did not receive this email" "452 4.5.3 Too many recipients. I know others that have hundreds of names in one list.

Please help me. I am new to Outlook. I had all my contacts under the default user "Outlook". Then when I added two other user profiles, I erased the default "outlook" profile. Is there any way to get those contacts back?

I accidentally deleted my contact list. So, I reimported it and my email addresses are showing under "email 1". However, when I try to send mail, it is using "email 2" how do I change this back to "email 1". Thanks in advance

I have a rather large contact list to create. I'd like to do it in the "Category" view because it's easier and faster. I am unable to create additional colums that are capable of accepting information...like: "Address", "E-mail", etc. Of course I can do it in "address card" ...
