Sometimes I get  contact information via email in the form of a cvs file. How

allow me to rephrase:
1. Contacts are sorted by File As...  -- just as I want it.
2. Select Names box:

When I create an email and click on the "To" button and select Contacts from
the "Show Names from the" drop down box my contacts are sorted in First Name
order.
