I can't find my contacts in "to" on new message

I am using My Outlook 2003 contacts and I have sub folders such as Personal,
Business, Technical etc. Unless the contacts in the main Contacts folder it
will not sync with My HP 4700 series pocket PC with Pocket PC 2003 Premium
w/Outlook 2002. Can anyone help me with this issue? ...

Notes from client conversations are entered as Journal items and linked to

if you type in two addresses in the too window, and they are seperated by a
space, outlook would give a error message saying it doesn't recognize the
format. Simple fix really.

Since I had to install a new hard drive to my laptop, I saved, exported my
contacts list to a XLS file. I opened this file and see all my contacts in
there.
Now I am trying to import all of them back into Outlook. When I do the steps

How can I set up a rule to forward messages to a list of people on a
rotational basis so that each new email goes to the next person on the list
and then back to the top of the list?

I would like to put all of my contact folders in one list and be able to
access them -sending emails - from this central list.  Is this possinble?

What is the difference between "forwarding" a contact and "forwarding as a
Vcard"?

until recently my categories woeked perfectly. but now I assign properly my
contacts to a category and they do not show up. The categories are all listed
but  onle a few contacts show up. the contacts indicated as being assigned
but still do not show up in the summary

On exporting Contacts, the limit is only about 255 characters in the notes
field.  How do I increase this so that all my notes get exported?
