how do I change language in outlook express

Outlook 2002 SP3
Within the "Contacts" pane, with "Current View" = "Address cards" I used to
be able to type in a partial name and the system would automatically scroll
through to the relevant Contact.

I know I can do this in Outlook Express using the address book, is it
possible to automatically add the people I reply to to the contacts list
using Outlook 2003?

I want to rank by sender group by number of items for each sender
e.g. Sam Smith (550 Items)
Mary Jones (400 items)
Tom North (200 items)

I want to copy a contact entry to have in more than one folder but it only
lets me move.  In 2002 one could move or copy an entry.

Trying to email a list of 2500 and used to be able to do this fine in
MOffice2000 but 2003 says download 'electronic postage' and the MS website
finds no results for such a search ....aarrgh!!  Any ideas??  Many thanks.

I need to export the Customer ID field from Outlook to Excel.  The
Customer ID field is not present in the Map Custom Fields option.  Does

I imported a list of tab deliminated contacts (First name, last name and
email address) from a .txt file into Outlook 2002. Everything mapped well,
but Outlook is not recognizing the email addresses. Is there an easy fix that
I can do, other than re-keying the email addresses? ...
