Imported contacts (from Excel 2003) when listed in the new message window
show sorted by title (if one exists) so that anyone with a Dr. title appears
in the D section of the address book.
Any ideas why this is happening?

I have several contacts entered that are visible when I select contacts
from the left panel, but
none of them is visible when I try use them from by clicking on the To
button in the "Untitled - Message" and select contacts from the pull

I am creating a custom form and want to be able to set the phone fields which
