Hi There, is there a way to track activities on shared contacts under public
folders on exchange 2003, that eerybody on the domain can see, in other words
if I send an email or call a client I want the others to be able to look at

I am not understanding something fundamental about Outlook 2003.  I bought a
new pc and have been transferring data to it.  I installed Office 2003 on
the new computer and then moved the Outlook.pst file over to it, and

Functionality is greatly limited with only Jr, Sr, I, II, III as possibles
choices for Suffixes to names in the contact list.  While you can type in
what you want in this category it is inefficient and the feature is sadly
lacking as it now stands.
