Hi There, is there a way to track activities on shared contacts under public folders on exchange 2003, that eerybody on the domain can see, in other words if I send an email or call a client I want the others to be able to look at these contacts and see that I did that.

Functionality is greatly limited with only Jr, Sr, I, II, III as possibles choices for Suffixes to names in the contact list. While you can type in what you want in this category it is inefficient and the feature is sadly lacking as it now stands.
