Often, when sending a V card, it's not appropriate for the recipient to see how you've categorised the person. For example, if you've categorised the person "VIP" or "critical sales contact", you might not want anyone else to see this - but you still need to send the V card.

Is there a way to set up the names we want to appear when Outlook automatically suggests a name in the To field? There are times when I type in a name/part of a name in the To field (that is confirmed in my contacts), but Outlook doesn't spit back a match. It shows

Just a quick question: does anyone know why my Outlook personal folders says Personal Folders (97-2000) when I right click, select properties, advanced? When I do the same on my archive folders it just says Personal Folders. Is there a difference?

I have deleted a file of contacts from my contacts list by mistake, along with some things I intentially deleted. I then emptied my deleted items folder not realising the list of contacts I needed was in there. Is there any way I can retrieve them ?
