I have a backup copy of the contents of the old hard drive on an external
drive, but I haven't been able to find the contact list in order to move it
to the new drive and use my address book.

We have just upgrade to Outlook 2003 from Outlook 2000 and in 2000 we were
able to set our contacts to show in company order when we created a new email
and clicked on the to box and the 'Select Names' box poped up.
Does anyone know how to change this setting in Outlook 2003?

I recently imported some data into Outlook 2002.  The data was from a

I want to send a mail to more than one contact of a certain category. If i
choose only one I can use the right mouse button, then "send message to
contact" - but I can't do that with more than one contact. Or is there any
possibility to search for contacts of a certain category ...

when i scan in a new contact uisng cardscan and sync the info between
cardscan and outlook. the new contact would appear in outlook briefly and
then disappear. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks

When I send an email to someone not in my address book, it creates a new
record.  How can I avoid this?

I have almost 2000 vcf files that I need to access with Outlook.  When I try
to import them, it will only do them one at a time.
What is the better way?

we have a user here who has a large contact file he wants to share with all
our sales reps but he does not want them to be able to print or export them

When I send an email and press the To... button, my contact list come up and
all I have to do is double click on the name/names I want to send and email
to.
i have many subfolders in my contacts and can not get to them this way.  how

When I go enter addresses for a new message, I keep getting a contacts list
as the defaut rather than the normal 'contacts' list.  The list is a sublist
of my contacts list.

I have tried various ways of exporting the data from Outlook Contacts to an
Excel or Access or .csv file but have not found any option to include custom
made fields or even match them with existing ones. Can anyone help please?
