I have a backup copy of the contents of the old hard drive on an external drive, but I haven't been able to find the contact list in order to move it to the new drive and use my address book.

We have just upgrade to Outlook 2003 from Outlook 2000 and in 2000 we were able to set our contacts to show in company order when we created a new email and clicked on the to box and the 'Select Names' box poped up. Does anyone know how to change this setting in Outlook 2003?

I want to send a mail to more than one contact of a certain category. If i choose only one I can use the right mouse button, then "send message to contact" - but I can't do that with more than one contact. Or is there any possibility to search for contacts of a certain category ...

when i scan in a new contact uisng cardscan and sync the info between cardscan and outlook. the new contact would appear in outlook briefly and then disappear. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks
