When addressing mail from Contacts, the display should be configurable by "file as" or "company". The current display, alphabetical by display name, is nearly useless. ----------------

I have copyied my contacts from one computer and am trying to import into another. When I select import and excel. It asks me for a destination folder but there are no folders to select.

I need to add a new option (in drop down menu) for entering phone numbers in contacts. There are several but I need to add "Direct Line" and I have had no luck. Can someone help me?
