When addressing mail from Contacts, the display should be configurable by "file as" or "company". The current display, alphabetical by display name, is nearly useless. ----------------

I have copyied my contacts from one computer and am trying to import into another. When I select import and excel. It asks me for a destination folder but there are no folders to select.

I have created more than one folder of contacts. I thought I could synchronize these folders to my PDA. It only will synchronize the contact folder, not the ones I added. How can I synchronize my other contact folders?

What should be the format for detailed address cards in Outlook 2003 Contacts? I want the business name to show below the person's name in the blue title line. Thsi worked for me in my old Outlook 2000, but I can't get it to work in 2003.
