I need to create an address book that will consist of over 1000 names,
company, address, phone number and email that eventually will have to be
imported to my bosses outlook contacts.  I was going to use excel or access
but don't know if this would work or is there a better way ...

I want to be able to have a split distribution group which automatically
places contacts in the To and CC boxes. i.e.
Group A
To: Mr. A; Mr. B; Mr. C

In contacts, I have a folder for Projects and a folder for Builders.  I want
to link the Projects with the Builders involved.  The Builder entries all
have a person listed in the Full Name field (this is the contact person for
that builder) and the name of the Builder's company ...

Is there a way for the distribution list to read in the Contact information
for individual contacts.  In Outlook Express, the Group name is revealed
under Other.  Is there a way to identify what group/distribution list a
contact belongs to by looking at an individual contact?

My computer partially crashed.  My local profile is corrupt.  All of my saved
emails and contacts have disappeared -- i.e. when I open Outlook there is no
infomation.  Outlook working as if I am a new user.  (I may have to reinstall
Windows and all my other programs.)
