Does MS Outlook automatically save e-mail addresses as Outlook Express does?  
That is, if I reply to an e-mail, is that address automatically saved?  If I
send e-mail twice to the same address, is that address saved?  etc.  Thank
you.

I want to get used to Outlook before switching over, when I try to set up it
asks if I want it to be "Default mail" until i'm comfortable I DO NOT,
however if I don't I cannot use it to send/retrieve e-mail.
Is there a solution??

I had to install a new hard drive in my computer.  I reloaded all of my
software, and have installed my old drive as my slave drive.  I have been
able to transfer all of my documents and spreadsheets from the old drive to

I am trying to send a mass email to all people who emailed me seperately. I
have their messages archived in a folder and I want to know how to move them
in mass to a contact list.

I am using Outlook 2003 (Windows XP).  I've created a public address book.  
For some reason, a few of the contacts can't be opened and I receive "Can't
open this item.  The operation failed."  Any suggestions?

When I attempt to place an address in the "to"
box it offers me a list from the address book and I would like it to offer
me a list from the contacts list.  Not all of my contacts are listed in the
address book for a reason I don't understand.

How do you remove email addresses that are not in your Contact list.  If you
start a new email and from the To: box click on any letter it gives you a
drop down menu of addresses.   Some addresses are not in my contact list, but
I would like to remove these how can I do this?
