Trying to put my distribution list in front of my contacts. But can't seem to
get the right sequence.

I would like to merge my contacts in outlook with my a co-worker's contacts
from thier outlook to create a master list of contacts.  Does anyone know how
to do this?

On one PC when you enter the correct # of digits in a phone field, it is not
accepted as a US looking number.  On other PC's, it does "automatically,"  
rather than require the check phone number popup.

For some reason Outlook has decided its pst file is corrupt and must be
repaired. I ran ScanPST on it and managed to resurrect the file.
However, some information is missing. Specifically, some information in

I'm just wondering if Contacts could be sorted by the date they were entered?

I have lots of Contacts, and that portion of Outlook works great.  I also
have lots of email, and that portion works great.  Unfortunately, they DO NOT
work great TOGETHER.
When I create a new email and click the "To..." button, the "Select Names"

I want to use Email Merge, but for every intended recipient on the list, I
get the following message, with its annoying and time-consuming message:  "A
program is trying to send mail using Item.Send  Do you want to allow this?"

I am trying to export my contact to gmail. I have several thousand contacts
and use subcatagories extensively. I have tried to use the export function of
outlook but it only seems to allow one file at a time to be exported. I can
export each individual subcatagory and then import ...

How could I select only certain recipients from a DL for an email message?
The only options are to select all recipients from the DL, or delete the
ones from DL that are not needed in email, which can be cumbersome if you
have a lot of recipients.

Currently using pop3 outlook when I send an e-mail the recipient's email
address automatically gets added to my contacts.  how do I disable that?

I've imported a file successfully to Outlook but want to change the default
setting  from Last Name, First Name to Last Name, First Name (Company).  In

I am trying to add my contacts to my outlook address book but when I try to
do that it is greyed out.  So I tried to add an address book and it told me
that it neede to be re-configured? Does any one know how to do this?

I've been sent a .vcf from a mac user.  I am running Win XP with Outlook 2002.
The .vcf contains more than one contact, which I can see if I open in
notepad.  However, I can't seem to export the data to Excel for example so
it's in a more usable format.
