In Outlook, when I click the Address Book icon, the "Show names from the:"
drop-down provides several choices. Under the All Address Lists section of
that drop down, I see several things but specifically:

I have my customers' email addresses in their different respective folders.
however, I need email addresses from these folders's without opening the
folder then its email as one folder for one customer and total folders are
more than 2000 so it will waste my lot of time.

I have one machine and use outlook for my corporate responsibilities

In Outlook 2002 when I open a Contact I see a window with name, address,
phone, etc, etc, and a box on the bottom right for "Categories".  I use
Categories a lot.
In Outlook 2003 when I open a Contact, there is NO box for Categories, and
