I use tele conferencing a lot. To log on I dial a national number, wait for an answer, then dial in a PIN. Is it possible to programme a pause in the number dialled from Outlook contacts, in the same way as you can on most phones?

When I first key in the new contacts, I am able to click on something like "NAME" button. It enable me to key in the First Name, Middle Name and Last Name. But now, I can't find the "NAME" button. I am not able to key in the Middle Name for my contacts. Pls help! thanks alot!

Outlook 2003 I have moved my .pst file from one computer to another. I then updated to Office 2003. Unfortunately I didn't realize I already had another .pst file in another location. I deleted the old .pst.
