I want to print a phone directory that is a full page folded in half with print on both sides which will be a 5x8 little booklet type of phone directory I cannot seem to be able to print it like that am I doing something wrg or is it not able to do that

I had to reinstall Windows XP (clean install), so I backed up Outlook using the Backup Addon application. After reinstalling XP and Outlook, I replaced the new outlook.pst file with my renamed backup file, as described on the Microsoft website:

I use multiple categories for my Outlook clients, and am familiar with filtering the contacts folder view to have Outlook only present the contact items that have certain categories assigned. When I group by category, every used combination of the categories becomes it's own

I'm not sure if you can help me. Issue: My laptop uses msoutlook 2003 and I used to be able to place a contact name in the "Find Contact Box" on the menu bar and the contact would come right up.

I just installed Office 2003 and updated with MS website, tried to open my PST (saved from outlook2000), which has all my contacts info. For some reason, some contacts mobile number is not showing, some of them are fine. Any idea?

Can anyone help with the following query. We're using Outlook 2003 with MS Exchange Server 5.5 On my O2k3 client I can resolve names by entering eg: John Smith or Smith, John in the "To" field.

I have attached a photo to one of my contacts in Outlook. When you open the contact from the contacts list, the photo is there. However, when I create the Vcard for the same contact, there is no photo. I've tried several times with no success.

when I click on to: in a new email my contact lis does not come up. a select names box comes up.
