I am attempting to forward vCards from Contacts in Outlook 2003.  When I
forward them e-mails in the other Outlook folders are included under the
activities tab of the vCard.  How can I prevent these e-mails from being
transmitted with the vCard?

I’ve customized a new form and the fields keep re-adjust from the way I
originally saved it (the length, placement, etc.).  How can I stop that from
happening?
Additionally, I have 214 contacts that I want to put into this new format.  

My copy of Outlook 2003 has no command for exporting contacts.  ie, there is
no File>import and export.   How do I export my contacts??

my Contacts folder is now floating to the middle of the Outlook screen. I
have ti be sure that I don't put MrA as the sender instead of me. I have to
look for me as the sender as well as the person that I'm sending it to.

When I right click an email address it allows me to save it into Contacts as
a drop down menu. I want to save the address into Business Contacts. How do i
change this drop down menu to allow me to add to add to Business Contacts? I
am on a stand alone PC with no server etc. ...

I am trying to print Lables. The lables should have First Name, Spouse's name
& Last name. But when we are Creating the layout for the lables, it does not
have the option for the Spouse's Name!

OL3  - Is three a way to integrate my daily tasks into the calendar?  I

OL2003 - I would like to be able to create a distribution list based of the
multiple email addresses in the To: line on a recently received email.
There are about 25 names/addresses this email was sent to.  It would be nice
not to have to enter them individually into a new blank ...

I recently installed Office 2003. Outlook 2003 found my Contacts from Outlook
2000 and made it accessible on a bar at the left of the screen. But when I
try to install it through Tools, so that it will be accessible on the To line
of new mail, it asks me for my Outlook 2000 disk, ...

I have updated to office 2003 and now I can not find my email address.
My .pst file is Ok and my mail folders are in but no contacts.
Will I have to enter this contact address again?

I have setup a new e-mail (POP3) account in Outlook. However, I want
that e-mail account to be setup in a different "outlook data file"
because I already have one setup for "Personal Folders" data file. How
can I setup an e-mail account and have the e-mail come into that

I have a major contact list and three sub lists created from entries in the
major list. When I try to use them in an Email mail merge the dialog box

I'm working on a project where users are migrating from a standard
mobile to a Blackberry device. As part of the migration, contact
details stored on the mobile are extracted to a tab delimited file for
import into Outlook 2000.

I recall that my old outlook would enter email senders into my contacts list.
Now your software sends me to a vender to purchase additional software.  
This gives me reason to advise my congressional representative to remember
this the next time they consider anti-monopoly ...
