I'm using Outlook 2003.
I have a couple of hundred contacts who I want to email at once and ask
them if their details are up-to-date website business directory.

I saved my Palm contacts on my Mac g4 as a vcf file. I then moved the file to

when I add a contact's full name and include that name in the 'file as' and
'display as' lines of contact page, then save and close, why do e-mails from
