I've exported my existing contacts from Outlook to an Excel file then have populated the Excel file with additional contacts and then import the Excel file back into Outlook but the contacts that I have entered do not show up.

My excel list contains first names, last names and emails. The corresponding first name, last name and email are in a row. The first column contains all the first names, the second all the last names and the third all the emails. The columns/fields are named.

Please Help… I imported a list of 4000 + names in a new contact folder named florida realtors and when it transferd, an indefinite amount of blank names copied. This file is not letting Outlook function.

I have a user who until yesterday morning, was able to use the auto-complete function when addressing emails in Outlook 2002. "It suddenly stopped working" was the message I got. :-) This is a reasonably mature installation of Outlook 2002 and has been fine
