contact, and try to create an e-mail, it tells me I have no valid e-mail

In Outlook/Contact brackets are automatically added to entered phonenumbers,
eg I type +47 9571 7770, and this is automatically changed to +47 (9571)
7770. How can i turn this option off?

How do I make outlook save automatically to address book email addresses of
contacts I’m sending or getting messages from?

I would like to add current contacts into group by Outlook 03, however, the
"select member" option  seems to show all email address & fax number.
Could I filter out the fax number, so that just email address are added into
group?

On exchange 2000, we have a public folder that is used by our group of 30
users  as a 'roledex' if you will.

I have mistakely deleted all my contacts from My Outlook Address book,
thinking that sync it with the treo and restore it, instead they all were
