How can I export Google e-mail addresses into Outlook '03?

I am having a problem with Distribution Lists in Exchange 2003 and Outlook
2003.  I get the error stated in this KB:
"Distribution list is too large to save on your network e-mail server."
As we see in this KB:

How do you / Is it possible to disable the option
"Create New Distribution List"
"Add New" - This is the one I want to disable

in my view, the notes filesd disp;lays on the second line (in blue) whether I
have notes included in my fields of the view or not.  How do I get rid of the
auto showing of the notes field AND only display it on the same line as the
other fields?

When I press the "To" in a new message I get this:
"The address list could not be displayed. The contacts folder associated
with this address list could not be opened; it may have been moved or
deleted...."

Currently Outlook had only 3 email fields per contact. How can I add
additional email fields for those contacts that have more than 3 email
addresses? As a side note, Outlook Express does not have a limit.

I am trying to print an envelope from my contacts.  When I open the file it
says "Sample Company, The" and that the way it prints on the envelope.  Is
there a way to change it so that the "The" is at the beginning when viewing
in Outlook?

Using Outlook 2000.  When I forward a record from the Contacts section, The
appropriate E mail form is displayed with the appropriate icon attachment.  
However when recipient receives the E mail the icon is changed to a small
envelope and the contact page is not displayed when ...

When I open my Contacts from the "To" button in an e-mail, the list is sorted
by first name.  How do I get it listed by Last Name?   I am using Outlook
