in my view, the notes filesd disp;lays on the second line (in blue) whether I have notes included in my fields of the view or not. How do I get rid of the auto showing of the notes field AND only display it on the same line as the other fields?

When I press the "To" in a new message I get this: "The address list could not be displayed. The contacts folder associated with this address list could not be opened; it may have been moved or deleted...."

Currently Outlook had only 3 email fields per contact. How can I add additional email fields for those contacts that have more than 3 email addresses? As a side note, Outlook Express does not have a limit.

I am trying to print an envelope from my contacts. When I open the file it says "Sample Company, The" and that the way it prints on the envelope. Is there a way to change it so that the "The" is at the beginning when viewing in Outlook?
