I have 2 questions: 1. I have created a custom form and published it (saved it). I want all my contacts (1400+) to be viewed with this form as the default. I want to enter all new contacts in using this as the default form, too.

We're in an Exchange 2003 / Outlook 2003 environment. When someone shares their contact list with me I can see it fine from 'Contacts'. However, when creating a new mail message and clicking on the 'To' button, their contact list is not visible. How can I make it visible

I have around 300 contacts in my contacts folder. However, when I create a new email and click "To" or "Bcc" to add ALL of my contacts, only about half or so show up! Why can't I choose to email the other contacts?
