Suddenly, I'm unable to enter contacts into my Outlook address book. I get the following error message. "Can't open this item. The form required to view this message cannot be displaye. Contact your administrator."

I have hundreds of contacts in my contact list but the address book is empty. Therefore, when I am addressing new email, there is no list available to pick names from. I have tried importing all the contacts back into Outlook, but the address book is still not populated.
