Sorry to ask old questions but I need to get up to speed fast. We are running exchange 2003 with Outlook 2003 clients. 1. If I create a resource such as a conference room, are there any settings I should change in Outlook to make it auto accept meetings or reject

In OL 2000, when I go into Tools / Address book, I get 2 or more 'Contacts' listed. The first 2 show nothing and the last 'Contact's in the list display my addresses. How do I remove the first 2 'Contacts' from the pull down list.

I do have a problem with my contacts. Outlook are putting a (1) in front of the phone no. Every time I try to change that, it goes back. Does anyone know how I can change that ???

Hello-- We are on Exchange 2003 and each client has Outlook 2003. One client's Outlook will not allow me to change her displayed contacts to "contacts" It defaults to the GAL.
