I exported contacts from one e-mail address into Access type file. I imported the contacts in another e-mail address ( successfully, so I thought). I went to GO CONTACTS option and they all showed up in the the receiving e-mail address.

I can't see an import/export option under the File dropdown menu in outlook. This is where I uaually export my contacts for backup. I can't seem to do that anymore. Please advise.

I am trying to export outlook 2000 contacts from my laptop to update my pc which uses outlook 2002. I believe my problem is that the file on the CD, when backed up, shows it as read only. However when I see the file on the laptop, it is not read only. I cant import into the pc ...

I use CardScan to scan business cards. I have synchronized with Outlook. The field mapping shows that card images are being synchronized, but I do not see any card images in Outlook Contacts. Is there an option that I needed to turn on (in CardScan or Outlook)?

I have installed all the latest updates to Office 2003 but Outlook seems only capable of importing contacts from Lotus Organiser 4 or 5. Is there some other way to import contacts from Organiser 6 that anyone knows about?

OK this should be pretty easy, but I guess its just a brain freeze. I have my contacts listed in outlook 2003. (Windows XP) I set up another profile for my wife to use her email. Other than exporting, shouldnt I be able to share my address book?

In the Contacts database of Outlook 2003, within the Contact Form, the Full Name is listed in reverse, e.g. Smith John. This reversed format also shows in other views, where the Full Name is listed in the column of a table layout. If I select "Full Name..." on the Contact Form for ...
