I use Outlook Live with Hotmail Live. What usually happens is my contacts,
mails, calendar synchronises with my Hotmail equivalent cia Outlook
Connector....In the last few days it seems to be adding an anniversary date
of 01/01/1601 everytime it syncs...I have deleted all entries ...

Is there any way that I can rearrange the Contact List Order in the Select
Names Dialog Box?  I work in a large company that has hundreds of Contact
Lists in Outlook but I only use a few.  I would like for the ones I use most
frequently to always be at the top.

I have just purchased the new TMobile MDA phone and upgraded to the
ActiveSync 4.1 using Outlook 2003 SP2.  Trying to sync my Outlook profile and
am unable to get any of my calendar, notes or contacts to sync up at all.
Has anyone been able to get this working? Please let me know ...

I am using Outlook 2003.
One particular contact would not show up when I typed in name at "To:" nor
would it work when I tried to put it in a distribution list.  It was this one
contact that was causing the problem.  

I am trying to creat a new distribution list by deleting names from an
existing distribution list.  When I remove the names from the list and give
the new list a name, I then hit the save and close and it saves my new
distribution list, but it also replaces my old list with the ...

I have tried nearly everything to obtain the "required outlook translator"
needed to export my outlook contacts to CSV file including:
1) Changing setup/install options;
2) Delete M file (forget spelling of it);

Have persons who are members of two different orgs with different titles in
each. If set up separately with different name, display, and show as, still
get both in to: line when trying to send email.  How to make separate
contacts for each with appropriate title and category so ...

searched everywhere and cannot find the answer...how do I change the default
setting from USA to Canada for the Mailing dialogue box?  

I am entering names and addresses in Outlook 2003. I want to change the
current defaults. For example, the default entry field for the address is
"business" but I want it to be "home". How do I do that?

We have an Outlook 2000 user whose Outlook crashes soon after entering her
contacts.  Any suggestions or answers as to why this might be happening?  
Other functions in Outlook are fine.  She is running Windows 2000.

How do I configure a headset for use in outlook.  I can hear my contact but
they can't hear me .The mike works o.k. in other applications but when I
click on "talk" it disconnects the phone.

can i get alerts a week before someone's birthday? outlook reminds me on the
day of the birthday... which is a little late if i want to send them a
birthday card! is there a setting so that i get the reminders ahead of time?

How do I set up Outlook so that when I reply to an e-mail it will
automatically address the e-mail address of the the person that I respond to
in my contacts address book?
