How do I export and import a distribution list?  I have several I want to
export from my desktop and import to my laptop?

hi, we created templates in contacts and calendar in Office 2000, when we
tried to apply it in Outlook 2003, to does not work. It always uses the
default template. What seems to be the problem?

I have designed a new form to use in a particular contacts folder. Any new
items that I create use this form, but existing data and imported data use
the default outlook contacts form. Is there a way to make outlook use the new
form for all the data in a particular folder?

My Outlook Express address book has numerous folders.  When I make a .pab or
try other import/export methods, only the top folder transfers to Outlook.  I
had no problems transferring mail and settings.

In an earlier version of Outlook Express it was possible to have a window
open displaying contacts. Mine was in the bottom left and was not too wide
but I could scroll through it and send a new email by double clicking on a
name. This brought up a new message window.

Trying to create a distribution list - in contacts - click on New
Distribution List and put in a name for the list and add contacts.  It
creates the list but you can't see the name - when you go to contacts you

When we send vCards to eachother, the contact's picture never sends with the
vCard, it shows up blank with no photo.. Is there something we are supposed
to do so the picture can send?

I sent contact cards and a distribution list via e-mail and my recipient
cannot open them although she has been able to in the past.  Is there a
setting that may have been altered?

I would like to send several vcards to several people.  How can I do that
without sending each vcard separately?
