My work computer has Outlook 2000 & an HP T-45 Officejet which is slowly dying. I want to import my fax & phone numbers list from the HP Address Book into my Outlook Contacts. Any way that can be accomplished? The file name is hpojaddr.dat

My computer came back from having the OS reinstalled. There the address book in Outlook was backed up. After clicking the "to..." button in the untitled message window to access the "select names" window there were 2 contacts lists shown in the drop down menu when previously ...

I moved my pst file and everything "looks" good until I click on the 'to' field, which shows no contacts. All my contacts are still available in the contacts list, but nothing shows in the 'to' field. It's inconvenient and frustrating. help!

KB241094 discribes a procedure to display contacts for 2 different mailboxes in the same Outlook Address Book. However, I recently upgraded to Office 2003 and the 2nd mailbox contacts are no longer visible in the OAB. Is there a procedure to replace KB241094 for Office 2003?
