I have updated a contact's email address but the computer still supplies the old address for this contact. How can I remove the old address? (Only the new address appears for that contact in the address book.)

You can use the follow up flag to flag a contact for a call later, and also put in a date. However, when creating the follow up list, you cannot sort by that date so you can have a list of the people you need to call on a particular day. Any ideas?

I would like to create DL so my recipients could see the name of the DL in To: box, for example: "engineering group". But also I do not want to hide from them the names and e-mail addresses. So they can view who else is in the DL if they wish. I use Outlook 2003.

Can someone say if what we are experiencing is normal or if not, how do we proceed. In each case email is being sent from Outlook 2003 to Outlook 2003 If a contact(s) is attached to an email and a receipient in the same domain, all is well.

I can't get my business contacts to display, says I a missing a "form". Yesterday Outlook hung up and said I had closed it improperly. It then asked me a question about closing it and said I would have to do something to release the contacts again.
