I just want to know why when I delete a contact from my Contacts in Outlook 2003, why that same contact is not automatically deleted from any distribution list the contact may be on? i.e. John Smith no longer works the ABC company and I need to delete him from the Contact list ...

When using Mail Merge within Outlook 2003, a blank Word document opens up - in addition to the merge file expected. Why does this happen? How can I prevent it? -jms

Is there any way to recover a deleted contacts folder from an Outlook 2003 pst file? The contacts list never showed up in deleted items at all but is now gone! The pst file is still there, shouldn't that contacts folder somehow still be in there? Any help would be

Whats the quickest and safest way to transfer my data/pst files from my old Outlook2000 to a new install of Outlook2003 ? I've seen a post lately that said it might work by just installing the OL2003 and it will prompt you to transfer but it said it might not transfer all files ?
