when i insert the area code in an outlook contact, it is being automatically into brackets. when i try to call a contact outlook ignores the area code and i have to manually remove the brackets in order to include the area code!! how can i fix this?

I recently updated from Office 2000 to Office 2003. All contacts in address book moved over but are now in first name last name form though the default under email options is still set to last name first name. Any suggestions?

I imported a list of Contacts from an Excel file into Contacts, only I didn't realise I had accidentally specified the whole columns within the range. I now have thousands of blank entries in Contacts. Is there a quick way of deleting them? Thanks.

I'm using Outllook 2003. I have created distribution list inside my contact folder using contact that I have in the same contact folder. The starnge thing is that I do not see it in the contact folder . However, when I write a new message and click on the TO button, I can see it.
