I am trying to print my contacts by category with the address card view. How can I do this? When I view the contacts in the address card view, it automatically groups the contacts alphabetically, I need them grouped by category.

I loaded all my contacts and seperated them in to categories. I click on a category and hit action and click on new message to contact. An email form pops up and I send it. It says that it has been sent but no one gets it. Am I loading in the information wrong on the contacts ...

I have imported 1000 contact names and adresses from an excel file. During the import these contacts were filed under last name and not via the company name first. I want to be able to locate these contacts via alpha bar without scrolling.

I received several e-mails where I was one of a group. I DID NOT reply or forward this e-mail, but on both ocassions, all the e-mail addresses of the receipiants in the group were added to my contacts. I did not want all these addresses. How did this happen? How do I stop it

Everytime I try to add or modify a phone number for a contact and hit Save, Outlook stops responding and I have to force it to close. I'm up to date with all the latest patches/fixes. I'm using Outlook 2003. Thanks,

I just purchased a new Cingular 8125 with Windows Mobile 5.0. Almost everything is working well except the Pocket has Outlook 2002 and my laptop has Outlook 2003. I have several thousand contacts divided into subfolders in my Outlook 2003.

Every time I try to send an email I am given a message box to say - "A program is trying to acceess e-mail addresses you have stored in Outlook. Do you want to allow this? I am sure it is Norton Internet Security or possible Google Desktop - aI

I have made 3 DLs that are very big: 500, 800 and 1200 addresses. I will be using AOL through Outlook. I am on AOL's white list. Does this also work through Outlook?

WHENEVER I TRY TO SAVE ANY CHANGE IN A CONTACT OUTLOOK ASK ME TO SELECT THE COUNTRY/REGION, THE PROBLEM IS THAT THE LIST IN THE PULL DOWN MENU IS EMPTY. THIS IS SO AT THE PHONE AND MODEM SETTINGS IN THE CONTROL PANEL TOO.

I am trying to send a fax via a fax printer but the recipients fax number does not appear in the address book. The only entries that appear in the address book are SMTP. Many of the contacts have fax numbers listed and were working fine up to about a week ago. Any suggestions?

This is a recurring situation on 2 contact records we have in (different) public folders. When we try to save a document (eg email with attachment) to the contact record in the Public Folder, the system won't allow you to, and asks if you want to save to the default folder ...

I would like to improve how I have my Outlook Contacts. I use outlook for everything, so my personal (family's) contact information is stored in Outlook 2003. I also do a far amount of mail-merge printing so would like to improve how outlook behaves.

I create a contact and type a phone number and select a country. Save it. Then re-open and check the phone number...the area code that I inserted is there but the country reverts back to the default country. How could I get the country that I select to be retained
