I used Export/Import and backup.pst, but my new pc does not have the
categories that were assigned.  I followed the steps.  What happened?

When I try to import from an excel spreadsheet using wizard, I am only given

I have opened up my microsoft outlook today and my tools bar ( where it say's
file, view etc) is on the right hand side of the screen going downwards.  How
do I get this back to the top of my screen please.

When I want to insert a contact address in Word, I press the "Insert
Address" icon and get a choice of contact folders. On my home PC, having
made the folder I want as "Show this folder as email address book", there is
no problem - I only see the contact list I want.

During a sync between my handheld device and desktop all but 3 of my Contacts
were lost.  I see a couple of .pst files saved on my desktop.  One is
Archive.pst (Office Data file) and the other is Outlook.pst (Office Data
file).  

I've imported contacts from an excel spreadsheet. However, when I compose new
mail, I cannot seem to access this list of contacts from the "to...".
I am using Microsoft Outlook 2003.

My contacts seem to be dropping peoples names and address', names I know were

Hi. In Outlook Today I show my Inbox, Outbox, Drafts and Junk-E-Mail
folders.
When I have no unread mail in my Inbox Outlook Today displays 0. But, my
Junk-E-Mail folder displays the number of messages regardless of whether

I have an employee contact list setup in public folders.  I would like
to set permissions so that some users can view the entire contact list,
while others can only view a subset of that contact list.  Is there a
way to setup these permissions and create the subset of contacts?

I have a client that had this done in another firm.  His imported numbers
into Outlook had periods and he wants to continue the same.

I've always had problems with the Windows Address Book, now the problem is
