In Outllok 2000 SP3, if you create a distribution list in Outlook by clicking
on the Contacts folder, then going to Action | New Distribution List and then
selecting members, you get the address book icon for all selected members.

Bhen updating from MS Office 2000 Small business to MS Office 2003 the data
of  Outlook Addressbook were posted under "Kontacts".  How do I transfer
these data to Outlook 2003 "Addressbook"?

I've recently migrated my contacts from Palm Desktop to Outlook 2003 by first
exporting to a CSV file and then importing into Outlook.  I noticed that not
all of my contacts with entries in the birthday field showed up in my Outlook
calendar.

I have a strange thing happening. A co-worker sent me an email via a
distribution list I was part of. I added the distribution list to my
contacts. In the contacts area, the distribution list is exactly like
the one that was emailed to me, but when I use it in a new email
