I use MS Outlook for all of my emails. When I try to send a new email, it appears that MS Word is used to draft the new email. But I'm unable to access my Outlook contacts to get email addresses. How do I fix this problem?

This seems to be a very popular request, judging by the number of posts. It should be really easy to print a label or an envelope for a contact directly from Outlook without having to go through all of the steps to merge into a Word document.

Before I upgraded to 2003 my contacts, organized by categories, when openening a category, the entries always displayed alphabetically by name. Now it is scrambled and I have tried using the display ascending etc and every thing stills scrambles. How can I address this. Thanks

It is possible to add new fields and delete others in the General Tab in the contacts of Outlook? I need to add a field for employee numberand I would like to delete some other that I don't use. I'm using Outlook 2002

I have been most unsuccessful in finding my personal address book which I would love to delete. When I hit the two, I guess it responds to this address book. The order simply doesn't work for me. How do I know if my personal address book and outlook differ?

According to the help info, it should be possible to create a distribution list from the CC list of an existing email, but copying and pasting. However, this doesn't seem to work unless the recipients are already in the address book. If it doesn't find them, it seems to want me ...

I just installed 2007 Beta and I have not be able to figure out where all of my linked contacts have gone which were assoicated with each individual contact in 2003. There is no longer a field in each contact pane in the lower left corner for "Contacts". Where did the links go ...
