Have about 2500 contacts in my Outlook, and want to convert them to show the country code in front of the area code and phone number, without having to retype all of them, or access them individually to get Outlook to perform this action.

In a previous iteration we were able to create a contacts list that displayed both the name of the person and the company at the top in a shaded area. Can't figure out how to replicate that now.
