Is there a way to globally change the "File As" field for a specific Contacts
Folder?
I file my contact as Company (Last, First). I just got a new PDA that would
prefer Last,First.

I jsut recieved my new windows mobile phone and everything is working well
except that about half of my contacts did not transfer to the device during
the sync. I am using XP Home with the standard Outlook 2003. Any help would
be great.

When using the Actions>Forward as vCard command, the recipient opens the
received card to find the comments that I've added (in the blank field under
the IM Address field) missing.  This occurs whether it is saved as a new

In Outlook's Contacts area, the buttons running vertically along the right
edge are not in english, making it difficult to jump to the letter you want.  
It looks like they're in Greek or Russian or something like that.  Everything

How do save the e-mail addresses, of you rcontacts, from your Outlook
Express? I am unable to figure this out! It only allows me to export e-mail
messages and does not include my address book!!! Please help.

I am using Microsolft Outlook 2002.  I do not want the Business Fax numbers
to be imported into my Outlook Address Book, only the E-mail Addresses.  How
to I prevent this?

When searching Activities in Outlook, it should start search from most
current activity.
This way you don't have to wait so long when searching history from a week

When I put a distribution list in the bcc the message goes from outbox to
sent but the mail does not reach the recipients

I imported everything from my old Outlook to my new PC via a .pst file on a
flash drive.  All the calendar and contacts show in the appropriate windows.  
When I click on the Address book icon in a Mail message I get the following
message:

In our public contact list, we have 3 contact list. It used to be 1
contact list but I broke it down into 3 so it would be more organized.
Now someone likes it all together in one list so they can print it all
in alphabetical order using thier contact view.

I've successfully loaded contacts into AD 2003 from a csv file using the
csvde.exe utility.  I'd like these contacts to display in the GAL.  And
actually they do display in the GAL for the first minute or so after they are
initially loaded using csvde.exe.  Then they disappear ...

I can send out email but I can't receive I contacted my internet company and
we made sure it wasn't them they suggested it might be Outlook and I repaired
and reinstalled and tryed everything I am at a loss somebody please help

I have a CSV with contacts and I am trying to import into Outlook.  I go to
Import file and choose Import from another file or format, then I choose
Comma Seperated Values (Windows) and I get the following message:
Microsoft Outlook can not start the Import/Export Engine?

I get an error when I try to save a contact "not all parameters met".
