My co-worker and I share customers' requests through email.  When I respond
to a customer's email, how do I set up Outlook to automatically send a cc to
my co-wokrer so he knows that I have taken care of that particular customer?

I use outlook 2002- I keep getting suggestions to complete the email
address, which I am very grateful for and have been using. Recently I
searched in my address book and found that this was empty. An internet
search indicated that these addresses are probably stored in some .nk2

The only way to import contacts into MS Messenger seems to be via a *.ctt file.
This *.ctt format is not an option in the export wizard in Office.
So how do I export my contact from Outlook to Messenger.

I'm using Outlook 2003.  My contact folder is displaying correctly, (last
name, first name) but when I try to create email the order is reversed (first
name, last name).  How can this be corrected?

Contacts Problem in Outlook 200317 Jun 2006 23:17 GMT4
I use Outlook 2003 on a stand-alone computer and on boot up this morning my
contacts can no longer be viewed by clicking on Contacts in the navigation
pane.  In the Folder List I can see the Contacts folder and the contents are
visible when I click on that folder.

I am running Outlook 2003 on a stand alone system.  I have backed up data
files from my previous computer (Outlook 2002) and restored them to my new
computer (Outlook 2003) and when I attempt to access my address book from the
