:-) I use the "memo style" print format. The problem is that there are NOT all of the phone numbers shown. Just the ones which are displayed in the contact form like "Private",

The European commission is changeing al e-mailadresses from @cec.eu.int to @ec.europa.eu I have many of these adresses, is there fast way to "search and replace" in Outlook, or do I have to manually change all the adresses?

I have Outlook 2003. In my address book when I am selecting names to send an e-mail, it also lists business fax numbers. Is there any way to remove the business fax number from showing in the Select Names window, without removing the fax number from the contact?

Outlook Contacts are time sensitive and many sales reps come and they go and If the age of the contact is know and tracked then the contact should be revised or deleted if it is too old and the contact has moved or changed professions.

I designed a form and having been using it for months. Today, for no apparent reason, it rolled back to an older version of the same form, losing a pile of data! Why did this happen and can I get the form back or do I have to recreate it?
