A friend asked for help with her Outlook. She thinks she installed a trial version of some Office product but is unfortunately vague about exactly what she did. The current upshot is she can't add new contacts to Outlook. The message returned is "feature not implemented".

My incoming mail goes into imap.cs.com Inbox. But can never delete (delete gives cross-out). Can move to 'standard' Inbox but appears to just copy and gives cross-out again). How can I get incoming to go to 'standard' mailbox?

I have outlook 2003 I can send an receive mail without problem. I have a Contcts folder/list with 50 contacts. But I cannot seem to make an address book to contain my contacts.

I am attempting to export a large contact file (1500 contacts) into Excel, for importing into a new database. Although I have exported the file, all of the category information appears to have been lost. Is there any way around this?
