I need to import contacts from different people's mailboxes to Public
Folders.  I've tried exporting them to .pst files and imporing them to
Pulibc Folders.  I got "Items cannot be created in the root of public

They had a large address book/contact list in Microsoft Access before I
worked here, I have converted it over to outlook 2003 public contact

A friend asked for help with her Outlook. She thinks she installed a
trial version of some Office product but is unfortunately vague about
exactly what she did.  The current upshot is she can't add new contacts
to Outlook.  The message returned is "feature not implemented".

I have this feeling that I'm taking crazy pills and wanted to ping the

My incoming mail goes into imap.cs.com Inbox. But can never delete (delete
gives cross-out). Can move to 'standard' Inbox but appears to just copy and

I have outlook 2003
I can send an receive mail without problem.
I have a Contcts folder/list with 50 contacts.
But I cannot seem to make an address book to contain my contacts.

I received an e-mail with a list of 500 recipients in the Recipient
field.  If I right-click on only one of those recipients, I can view
the Outlook Properties.
How can I create a Distribution List from those names?  If I SELECT ALL

I am attempting to export a large contact file (1500 contacts) into Excel,
for importing into a new database.  Although I have exported the file, all of
the category information appears to have been lost.  Is there any way around
