I recently changed laptops and added my Contacts.pst file to my new profile. However the folder tree view shows a folder of "Contacts" on the top level, but only Deleted Items and Search Items on the next level when expanding the tree. How to I get the Address Cards to show

I have a new computer and now want to use my Blackberry to fill out the Contacts portion of Outlook. I have a backup BB file (.ipd) saved, but cannot figure out how to get that info into Contacts. Please let me know the process, as I did not get any help from Blackberry and RIM.

I'm sure that this has been asked before but if I have ten people in a distribution list, how can I set up ten emails (one to each individual). This is not to do with privacy so using the Bcc field is not an option.

Has anyone found any sort of fix for this issue? It seems when any of my clients sends a message with a vcard from one network to another, the vcard is changed to a blank message. This doesn't happen within a network/domain.

Is anyone aware of how I can save Lotus Notes/Domino's address book to my Outlook contacts? I have tried exporting Notes, but am unable to find any file that Outlook can open. While Notes can export all information as a vCard, Outlook only opens one. Any ideas?

Outlook 2003 only looks for the previous database files .dbf and will not search for ACT! 2006's .pad database. Isn't there a way to make Outlook 2003 search for this latest file format? Prior to the new ACT! 2006, I entered all contact info into ACT! and did a synch with Outlook ...

Every time I do a search on my contact database , my outlook 2000 hangs up for a few minutes. After a while, it comes back to life, but it makes doing searches difficult when I have a customer on the phone and I get a 2 minute pause on my contact satabase.

i just loaded office 2002 and notice that the outlook address book is sorted by first name. you used to change that to last name in the 'mail' option in the windows control panel, but there's no option for it there anymore. can't find one in outlook either. any ideas?

We are running SBS2003 with Exchange2003. Here is what we are trying to do: 1. Make the Public Contacts folder the one and only default Contacts folder for each workstation so no one accidentally adds/modifies a contact to their hard drive's contact folder.
