The telephone number format in Outlook automatically adds "+1 " to the front of each new entry. My Blackberry, following syncing with Outlook, cannot interpret the first 3 digits and the call fails. Can Outlook be re-set to not automatically add the 3 digits?

when i choose "by category" in the current view of contacts, i want to be able to select any of the fields (ie. company, file name) at the top of the preview list to sort by without loosing the category grouping.

I am using Outlook 2003. In Contacts, I am no longer able to pull up a contact name simply by typing the first letter or two. I now have to scroll through a particular alphabet group to find the name. How do I re-enable the function to find a contact by the first letter? Thank you.

Hi - I'm wondering if someone modifies a Contact in a Public Folder, will Outlook generate an email notification to someone - similar to the Moderated Folder but the Moderated only seems to notify when you add a new contact - not just editing one. Thanks.
