I'm sorry, but I got the new outlook live beta (2007) and...well...it wont sync either my contacts, appointsments or tasks. It says that the information type 'not synchronized' and asks me to reconect my device (which i tried several times) I'm using active sync 3.7...Any clue ...

Opening and changing the category of several hundred contacts is tooooooo time consuming. I want to be able to delete/change the category from all of the contacts affected at once, not one at a time. how can I do that? ----------------

I have a annoying problem with Outlook 2003. When I try to send a mail to my distribuiton group i get a message like this (translated to english from norwegian): "Microsoft Outlook does not recognize <my distributionlist>. Choose which address to use:".

I reloaded XP (and Outlook Express) on my PC. I have since lost all my locally stored folders (and contacts). Is there anyway that they can be recovered? Are they backed up anywhere when XP is reinstalled? Thanks

The question/problem is when I forward a contact via email, the recipient can see ALL my info (e-mails, etc.) that you see by clicking on the "activities" tab. I've tested it w/a couple of co-workers and they can see all my info.

Hi - I am trying to export into Excel but cannot locate the field "Full Name". It shows up in Outlook itself but not when I am exporting it. It does export over First Name & Last Name columns but not Full Name and I want that more than the other two.

Is there a way to update Distribution Lists with new email addresses, etc. without having to go to each List? It seems that if I change a Contact's email address that information is not propogated into a Distribution List which contains that Contact. The same situation applies ...

In Outlook 2000, if I had a personal address book set up, I could simply right click on any e-mail address and add it to my personal address book. I don't see that option in Outlook 2003. Any help in hoe to add to personal address book (not to contacts)? Thanks.

I accidentally clicked the Delete button to remove a Contact from a distribution list/ Of course, that deleted the whole distribution list--not just the one highlighted Contact. Is there any way to recover the deleted distribution list? CTRL-Z didn't
