I cannot get my "file as" option to display as Last, First. I notice that the options box lists this as effective on new contacts. Is there any way to get current contact to use "Last, First" as the "File As" default? Thanks!

I had a search/options bar just above my contacts...There was an "x" next to the word options...I clicked it and closed out the bar...I cannot figure out how to restore it. Can anyone out there help?

Three folders in my Microsoft Contacts list have 'disappeared'. Luckily all the contacts within the three folders are in the address book. How do I transfer all three folders (which contain about 250 contacts) back to my Contacts list.
